CTM progress - Notes below apply only to CTM, and concern CONCEPTUAL
(vrs mechanical) additions, but to minimize changes for now, they stay in /root/.

007 Bugs - remaining to fix soon

1. PSIFile.java fails to check for BLANK lines near "NG" plus patched excepts
• symptom is lexikon does not load fully, or complain well
• did not fix today because of the next bug, but I should
  
2. ROOT/projects page goes to local visualizer - not working
3. project/register fails to work  - was due to missing taglib => what now?

DONE to Q1 - High level thoughts as of 7/14 on my Lextend et al plans for July-August

02/14/05 - add notes above, but in WRONG place, as lextend/overview.htm
10/12/04 - expand this page, and index/lexikon for Situation, overall ctm/index
10/11 - get up basic lexikon for Situations, still rough but with promise
09/02 - Post csdemo fix to lexikos, and see it works on ctm; ANNOUNCE
08/22 - Shift to csdemo fix, now in 007=ROOT with Miles-specific doc
08/21 - Finish up a decent post of CTM and send it to Peter @ MIT

By 8/9 I was basically done, and went to CTM postings until 8/21
Progress below extends old Resin work and same in 007 on main MOVE plan

08/09 - 007, email - finally - to cancel SNet; next day agree $1 to move LLC
07/31 - did a lot of debugs on main lexikos pages, so I can kill SNet as needed
07/26 - + 27 POST to lexikos index & specs pages, after printing twice
07/22 - add an new index and a specs page to pull in all notes/doc
07/18 - polish text on /property/; plan in PM to do B as advertised?
07/17 - get up all A pages + fix concepts.txt for DOC  - not yet linked
07/14 - get up this page and the game plan below
07/13 - seek/find ISPs, and get up a plan on psi-lex as a forked exhibit
07/11 - CTM plan is now to get up A & B in simple, linked versions, then expand

PHASE 1: The basic goal is move lexikos domain ASAP - Urgent things, once they work, allow that
because then the only movement issue will be copying over static pages and JSPs.

1. Freeze /exhibit/ and /projects/ pages and code, but continue Q/A and new configs
2. Declare the above is NEW debugging engine for psi/ctm pages (fix up Eclipse)
   
3. Pick a TomCat ISP and place order for site - costs = set up + part of month on Amex
4. Migrate all the above to new site and retest - confirm behavior remains the same
   
5. Meanwhile, continue to use Resin to test all other Lexikos pages until phase 2.

PHASE 2: Once the above works, I can move over rest of Lexikos - mostly just FTP work
Once these happen properly, I can save $88-25 = 63/mo right away.

• Migrate all normal Lexikos folders to new site and retest - confirm behavior remains the same
  
• Migrate again from new site to 007 and retest - confirm behavior (logos?) remain the same
  
• Tell ISP to move my Lexikos domain and email - service interrupts possible - brief we hope
• Tell servlet net we need no more of them on Lexikos site - but ensure we lose nothing big

PHASE 3:  The deferable things now work at shadowcats for demos.  To make them work at new
ISP or Maine Jug, I must debug them in 007, then finalize them.   Then save another $75/mo

• Confirm that I can tolerate all bugs (registration + ??) in new-host projects and exhibit,
• Tell ISP to move my shadowcats domain  - service interrupts possible - brief we hope
• Tell servlet net we need no more of them on shadowcats site either
