Release 0.4, 4/17/06 - functional changes since last release

* adjust the default of editor "symbol" to a sense, to minimize new ones
* add a new sandbox to clients.txt and index page pulldown to test it
* adjust the lower panels on editor.jsp for cross-browser consistency
* adjust interactions.jsp to generate N3 syntax or dump an error message
* add this page to the footer for record keeping
