Wish you could drill down FASTER through huge lists of new abstracts?  With faceted browsing, you can.

Register for alerts at this site, and you will get BETTER results, on demand, with less time and effort.  If you use
PubMed queries already, the needed setup work will seem easy:

1) Define your areas of interest by using this page.  Find a few thousand PMIDs that collectively reflect them, and once you are satisfied, tell us what your queries were.

2) After we index those abstracts overnight, Probe your PMIDs enough to select some key topics you want tracked more deeply with a MONITORTips on doing this are HERE..

Each subsequent day in the wee hours, this site will ask PubMed if NEW abstracts match your interests. If so, ALERTS are saved for you to review as convenient, summarizing what's new. 

Our ALERT report lets you Probe new abstracts, but it also shows concisely how each relates to each of your MONITORED topics.  This unique SEMANTIC summary can help you prioritize your reviews, and/or filter news displays.
 

Over time, it can also expose statistical publication TRENDS in your areas of interest.  Pick your MONITORS wisely, and they may even suggest how related sub topics are slowly changing in importance.
