PSI _release.htm - WORK on LEXTENDER

1. Index.jsp - shows which  PSI-SETS are of interest; REST OBSOLETE!
1. CTM - upper ontology to be published with help from 008
   
2. WORDS - older constraint packge - to be sold?
2. DumpLTM.jsp - iff the view=ltm part is added to #1, it forwards here
   
3. com.lexikos.utility is used by #2 to generate compatible scripts/ltm
   
4. concepts.txt - properly, THE top-level shared file of LEXTENDER 
• this gets included in the index.jsp of every willing PSI-set
• this seems a basic design flaw, as it has MANY callers
• probably be better to move this to PSI-SET level, BUT
  
• it lets WORDS use OLDER machinery.txt for now
• it lets each PSI-set folder handle its own defaults?
• it handles a phase-1 init process to load #3's Concepts.class
• this is the main logic phase of processing a PSI-SET
• if LTM view, it passes args + Concepts cleanly to #2 for display
• otherwise, if does a phase-2 init for the normal display of PSIs
5. PSI-page display files for to be included
• psisethead.txt - included AFTER concepts.txt to display PSI's
  
• psisetbody.txt - included AFTER the above to help display PSI's
